AUTOMATIC PAYMENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of the date of electronic signature or initial payment (the "Effective Date"), by and between ChangingLanesMotorsport ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Member").
1. Membership Terms & Duration
Term: This Agreement is for a fixed duration of twelve (12) consecutive months from the Effective Date.
Renewal: Upon completion of the 12-month term, this agreement will automatically expire unless a new agreement is executed by both parties.
2. Fees & Automatic Pre-Authorized Payments
Membership Fee: The Member agrees to pay a monthly fee of $100.00 USD.
Payment Method: Payments will be automatically drawn once per month from the Member’s designated bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Automated Clearing House (ACH).
Billing Cycle: The automatic draw will occur on the same day each month, corresponding to the calendar day of the Effective Date (or the nearest business day).
Failed Payments: If an automatic draw is declined or fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect account information, the Member must provide an alternative payment method within five (5) business days to maintain active membership benefits.
3. Covered Services & Benefits
In exchange for the monthly membership fee, the Member is entitled to one (1) full car detailing package per calendar month, which strictly includes the following services:
• Exterior Cleaning: Thorough hand wash, window cleaning, and exterior drying.
• Interior Cleaning: Vacuuming of carpets and seats, wiping down surfaces, and interior window cleaning.
• Rim Cleaning: Specialized cleaning of all wheels and rims to remove brake dust and road grime.
• General Maintenance: Routine check/top-off of basic fluids and tire pressure checks (or insert any specific routine maintenance services you choose to perform).
Note: Services do not roll over. If a Member does not schedule or receive their detail in a given month, that month's service is forfeited and cannot be carried over to future months.
4. Cancellation & Early Termination
Commitment: Because this is a 12-month commitment at a discounted rate, early cancellation by the Member is generally not permitted.
Early Termination Fee: If the Member requests to cancel before the end of the 12-month period, they agree to pay an early termination fee equal to the balance of two (2) months of membership fees ($200.00) or the remaining balance of the contract, whichever is less.
Company Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Member fails to pay, violates company policies, or acts abusively toward staff.
5. Liability & Damage
Pre-existing Damage: The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical issues, paint chips, scratches, or interior wear. A brief inspection will be conducted before each service.
Valuables: The Member is strictly responsible for removing all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. The Company is not liable for lost or missing items.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
MEMBER SIGNATURE & AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, I authorize ChangingLanesMotorsport to automatically debit my bank account for $100.00 monthly for a period of 12 months. I understand and agree to all terms, conditions, and cancellation policies outlined above.
